HDI PCBs  – HDI printed circuit boards are technologically advanced printed circuit boards that enable high density interconnects in a small area. We are familiar with the production trends.

We can produce a high quality HDI PCB  in exceptional time and quality. We use state-of-the-art technologies such as fill, measured impedance, via-in-pad, sequential lamination, blind, buried and tapped holes, BGA pitch min. 0.4 mm.

For motif and mask we use high-tech MDI (Micromirror Digital Imaging) technology allowing 75um gap/join.
