IMS boards: Aluminium and LED PCB

We produce PCBs with IMS core (Cu and Al) as standard single-sided in different thicknesses (standard 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm), with several levels of thermal conductivity and dielectric of 50 or 100 µm. We can also align IMS PCBs with pedestals for heat dissipation directly under the component.
